Terms of Service

These preliminary terms explain the quote process. The legal operator and full service conditions must be verified and added before Blue Lion Go accepts public bookings.

Quote requests

Submitting a request asks the team to review your proposed itinerary and provide a quote. It is not a booking, reservation, or confirmation that a vehicle or driver is available.

Availability and options

São Paulo is the service focus. Requests in Rio de Janeiro and Brasília, as well as requests for an armored vehicle or an English-speaking chauffeur, require confirmation for the requested date and itinerary.

Confirmation and applicable terms

A service is arranged only after availability is confirmed, a quote is provided, and the customer accepts the applicable service terms. The quote and confirmation will state the agreed schedule, service period, price, payment method, cancellation rules, and any other conditions that apply.

Changes and cancellations

Any request to change or cancel a confirmed service is governed by the terms provided and accepted with that service. Blue Lion Go does not publish a general cancellation, payment, waiting, or minimum-duration policy on this preview site.

Operating entity

Blue Lion Go is presented as a customer-facing brand associated with Blue Lion Ops. The legal entity responsible for a confirmed service will be identified in the quote and final terms. It must be verified before launch.
